Teacher Week: Monday

Today kicks off Teacher Week in bloggin' world. I swear I'm going to try to keep up with each day's post. Don't be surprised if I end up with 4 different posts on Saturday because I forgot to do Tues-Fri. I'm joinin up with Blog Hoppin' all week for this one!

But today's post is easy because it's all about ME!

I am a newlywed and I'm loving the married life. It's awesome to know that if you're having a bad day there is someone you love at home that wants to make you feel better. I just wish that we could relive our wedding every weekend. Such a great time!

I have two sons. They're a little hairier that your normal son, and their breath may not be so good, but they do everything with us. Walks, vacations, and especially sleep time. Just don't tell them that they're not actually humans. My fur babies are named Cooper (the westie) and Lucky (the collie mix).

I love making things. Bracelets, wreaths, wall hangings, and my new obsession- rugs! If I don't make something new each week, I feel a little sad. In fact, tonight calls for a bracelet making night to catch up on bangle orders!

Monograms are seriously my favorite things ever. I would probably monogram my forehead if I could. Check out my newest casserole carrier. Don't be jealous when you see me struttin' up to a potluck with this thang!

I'm literally the nosiest person in my neighborhood. I can tell you who's coming, who's going, and who's doing an illegal left turn onto the main street. (Yeah, I'm watching you.) Our house is the best spot ever to people watch. I can sit on my couch (with my dawgs) and write a book by the end of the each day. On this particular day I was getting out of my car when all of a sudden a clown jumped out and starting running down the street. I, who is terribly afraid of clowns, made a run for my house, then safely took this picture inside (from my couch) when she returned to her car.

I could literally go on forever about myself, but that's pretty much me in a nutshell! Check back in tomorrow (or Saturday, let's be honest) to see Day 2 of teacher week!

  2. I am LOL about the clown. I don't share the phobia, but I know a lot of people who do!
